Management of the BIM process on your project, from mobilization through to FM handover. Available as a full project engagement or as individual standalone engagements, in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2.
2D drawing production across all disciplines, prepared to your sheet standards and drawing conventions. Suitable for consultants and contractors who require drawing output without full BIM modeling.
Experienced BIM professionals placed within your own team. They report to you and follow your workflows, while we handle visa, payroll, and compliance. Available on-site in the UAE or remote internationally.

Point Cloud Processing — Raw scan data registered and cleaned in ReCap Pro, FARO Scene, or Leica Cyclone.
As-Built Modeling — Architecture, structure, MEP, steel, civil, or landscape modeled to your required LOD.
2D Extraction — Plans, elevations, and sections extracted from the as-built model in AutoCAD.
Deviation Analysis — Scan vs. design comparison with tolerance checking and clash flagging.
FM-Ready Output — IFC exports and COBie data linked to the as-built model for handover.
